The Drop-In Kickboxing model is similar to a yoga class. The program focuses on a core selection of fundamental techniques. Once you learn the basics you can integrate seamlessly into the class. If you miss a few days, you won’t be left behind.

Cardio kickboxing is a fitness gimmick. Its boring routines are taught in big classes by trainers with zero martial arts experience. This class is different.
Drop-In Kickboxing is based on The Fusion Method, a training curriculum that blends authentic boxing, kickboxing (Muay Thai) and karate (Tang Soo Do) techniques into a functional fitness workout.
Kickboxing classes reveal your inner warrior. You won’t get hit, but you will put on boxing gloves and hit the heavy bags, hit pads and shadowbox like a pro fighter. You will practice ancient karate breathing drills and center yourself at the end of each class.

Drop-In Kickboxing is an all-levels class for women and men. We are here to train you, to encourage you and to cultivate your warrior spirit. You can do this.
After just a couple of months, participants show increased strength, flexibility and coordination, improved focus, mindfulness, self-confidence and stress relief. They also learn to defend themselves.
